Meet Dan Caramanico

Raised in a family-owned contracting business, he developed a strong work ethic and honed his craft of excavating. That experience in excavating naturally led to his decision to start building from the ground up, developing residential construction and the creation of D. Caramanico Builders. Today, Dan focuses on building quality homes throughout Delaware County with a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and thoughtful design. When he’s not on the job site, he’s spending time with his wife and two daughters, enjoying family life and the community he proudly serves.
